Introduction

The Children’s Hospital Campus and Youth Development Center represent a landmark initiative of The Joseph Foundation, funded exclusively by The Diplomats Family Trust. Situated on fifty acres of land, this comprehensive environment brings together medical care, family support, housing, education, and development programs for children and their families.

1. Vision & Mission

The Joseph Foundation’s vision is to establish a holistic care model where healthcare, education, and family support coexist within one integrated campus. The mission is to create a healing and learning environment where children recover, grow, and thrive through compassionate care and educational empowerment.

2. Campus Overview

The fifty-acre campus includes the Children’s Hospital, medical clinics, pre- and post-surgery housing for children, family residences, staff housing, a hotel, restaurant, and the Youth Development Center. Each facility is designed to support emotional, physical, and social well-being through accessible, interconnected services.

3. Youth Development Center

Located centrally on the hospital campus, the Youth Development Center will provide programs that build leadership, academic achievement, and personal resilience. Services include tutoring, digital learning, wellness education, counseling, and mentoring. It will also serve as a training hub for future healthcare and community service professionals.

4. Integration & Facilities

All buildings within the campus are interconnected to ensure seamless transitions between care, housing, and development programs. The four-story Hospital Hotel & Suites will offer accommodations for families and medical staff. The restaurant will focus on nutrition and comfort for guests and employees. Landscaped walkways, green spaces, and recreational zones will encourage relaxation and wellness for patients and families alike.

5. Staffing & Operations

All positions within the campus will be fully paid through The Diplomats Family Trust. Key personnel will include campus directors, medical coordinators, teachers, social workers, counselors, nutritionists, family navigators, and security professionals. Operations will maintain the highest standards of professional and compassionate service.

6. Funding & Governance

All funding for development, construction, and ongoing operations is provided solely by The Diplomats Family Trust. No external donations, grants, or government funding will be accepted. This policy ensures independence, stability, and fidelity to the Trust’s multi-generational humanitarian mission.

7. Long-Term Impact

The Children’s Hospital Campus and Youth Development Center will serve as a blueprint for future humanitarian hospital systems. Its combination of faith, healthcare, education, and social development represents the enduring legacy of The Joseph Foundation and The Diplomats Family Trust’s global outreach vision.

The Hope Tablet is a planned innovation by The Diplomats Family Trust and The Joseph Foundation.

It will be a secure, AI-enabled device designed to deliver trusted knowledge and guidance offline,

especially in schools, clinics, churches, and communities where connectivity is limited.

This project has not yet entered active development. Official work will begin once copyright and

design phases are completed. The Hope Tablet will serve as a cornerstone in our humanitarian

technology initiatives, bringing long-term impact to underserved communities.
